Sally's Notes: Mo and I had some friends over for dinner last Saturday night and I was making a watermelon salad for dinner and realized I'd have lots left over so I searched for some watermelon based cocktails.  There are lots of them but this one looked the best to me.  It's delicious. We kicked off the dinner party with them.  Mo and I even enjoyed round two the next day!  The photos show a batch for two people, not 4 which the recipe makes. You can also omit the tequila and the kids will love it!

Here is what you are going to need: watermelon chunks, simple syrup, ( sugar dissolved in water) limes, blueberries, mint, tequila and crushed ice.

Blend up the watermelon. You could also use a food processor.

Then strain it.

While the watermelon is straining muddle the berries, mint and limes in a separate pitcher.

Add the watermelon juice and tequila to the pitcher and stir.
