A Boynton Beach police officer is on administrative duty after a video surfaced that shows what appears to be the officer kicking a 13-year-old handcuffed boy to the ground.
Kevens Jeanbaptist, a student at Congress Middle School, says it all started when his bus driver told him not to roll down the window. When the boy cracked the window open, he says the bus driver pulled over and called the cops. When the unnamed police officer showed up, Jeanbaptist says the officer kicked him and put him in the back of the cop car, then dropped him off at school.
The parents of the boy said all they were told was that there was an incident on the bus. They want the officer fired.
The department is investigating.
