Sally's Recipe of the Week:  Parmesan Crusted Grouper

 

 Parmesan Crusted Grouper
(Served with Roasted Broccoli)

 

Here is what you will need:

2 tbs soft butter
½ tsp each of smoked paprike, garlic powder, onion powder and oregeno .
¼ tsp ground thyme
1 TBS butter
1 TBS mayonnaise
dash or two of hot sauce
2 6 ounce grouper fillets
lemon wedges for serving
fresh parsley (optional)
salt and pepper
 
 
 
Put butter, paprika, garlic, oion, oregeno , thyme butter, mayo and hot sauce in food processor. (or a bowl)
 
 Process until smooth or if using bowl mix until smooth. 
 
Season fish with salt and pepper then spread mixture on fish.
 
Bake at 400 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork. About 10 minutes.
 
 
Chop parsley and slice lemon. Sprinkle parsley over fish.
 
 
 

Served with oven roasted Broccoli.
(Olive Oil, salt pepper and broccoli. Roast at 350 until tender. About 15 minutes.)
