It's poised to be perhaps the biggest Honda Classic ever held in Palm Beach Gardens.
Among those who will be playing this week, Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and for the first time at PGA National, Phil Mickelson.
They are expected to take some practice rounds on Tuesday.
The Miami Dolphins Pro-Am was held on Monday and another pro-am is being held on Wednesday, featuring country star Toby Keith, Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger and Roger Clemens.
The pros tee off for the first round of the Honda Classic on Thursday morning.
